At first, I was told that I didn’t have road hazard on my tires so I would have to be charged for a replacement tire due to a nail on the side walls! That didn’t sit well with me as this is actually the third replacement tire and I didn’t have to pay for the previous replacements. On the way to pick up my vehicle, I told my husband that I was going to speak with a manager about this issue, but as we were greeted in the service office, our advisor told us that he dug deeper into our history and found that we were covered!! Great Job Jacob!!!
