My vehicle was in the shop for the second time for the same issue, I didn’t have it for a total of 5 weeks between the repairs. While I am fine with that, I really disliked the treatment I received from my service advisor. He did not address all of my issues I brought the vehicle in for and he was argumentative and recommended services that both Cummins and Dodge said were unnecessary, I called and spoke with them both. Finally, I paid for a rental out of pocket for a week because John didn’t call me and let me know my car work was completed in a timely manner.
