Fadi is fantastic! He always takes such good care of me and my Lexie! She’s running quite nicely once again.
However, not everyone has Fadi’s attention to the details...
Someone who worked in my car left their Gatorade drink in my console so I had to throw it away before I left,
There were no paper floor mats like usual and it was a rainy day so my carpet mats were more dirty and wet;
And, I did not receive a new oil change sticker in the window.
Just thought you should know....

Fred is very thorough, he took the time to check and see what my car was being serviced for. On doing so he learned there was a recall and my car would need to be there for longer than the aloted time. So he had a loaner car ready should I need it.

I’m satisfied with the service I received from my advisor but for waiting the shuttle to pick me it took them 45 minutes to be able to find someone to be able to pick me up after hours and is very frustrated I’m still at work and I have to go in and out waiting for my ride. The person was handling my shuttle wasn’t that great. It was oh my gosh experience ????

Service advisor was great but your service dealership nickels and dimes customers and charges for things that magnesium Lexus doesn’t charge for such as diagnosis on issues. Why would I pay hundreds just to see what the issue is? Doesn’t give me incentive to make repairs here. Magnussen does not charge for diagnosis but wins my loyalty for looking out for my best interest. Free diagnosis and based off of the results i usually have them fix the issue. I only go to Putnam now because i live in rwc. Though may consider making the trek back to Fremont
