One of the reasons I purchased the Lexus over another vehicle was because of the WIFI. Over the past two years of my ownership, the wifi has been sporadic on and off. After bringing this to the attention of various people, they had said, a) it's my phone b) it's the area I am in c) it's Verizon d) Lexus said it was a safety feature - finally it has been diagnosed as a problem with my year 2018. My rep Val has done everything he could to help me. This is not about him. It is about the fact that Lexus is not standing by their product. I have to turn on the wifi every time I get in the car. This is not a simple switch. First I get the warning, so I have to say continue, then I have to press menu button, then setting, then I have to go to the wifi then I have to turn it on. This is not a simple switch. I am disgusted that you are not standing by your product and this smells of a class action suit.
