Later called again that Lexus Pleasanton asked if we would transport our vehicle to their dealership for repair which is a 2-hour drive for us.. We declined that offer and asked that our vehicle under warranty be serviced/repaired at Lexus/Redwood City. Randy acknowledged he wold pass on our request.
