My 2014 Ct 200 stereo system is no longer working and to install a new system is almost 5k that I don’t have. The service man did a good job but he couldn’t
do much about the high price of installing a new stereo system.
This is our 3rd Lexus, we never had this issue. It was most likely a manufacturing error. I’ll give you a 10 if you lower the cost by 50%.Thank you for considering it.

This was a oil change only why was my wife charged $387? Also when I was sold this vehicle by the way 4th one from this dealership I was told by your salesman that if I did 100%of my services with you that my engine and **** would be warranted for life is this not true?

Fadi is always great and very helpful! The service manager is rude. He walks around giving dirty looks to customers. I am also not happy with the owners of this dealership. They are still using a DOS based software system yet I pay a fortune for service on my car. Its embarrassing that they spend money on a remodel of the dealership facade but cant upgrade their systems.
