I bought my car at your dealership 17 years ago and you were the only people to service my car until today. I will never take my car back to you. It was a horrible experience. I have gone on Yelp and I have gone on Nextdoor to tell my neighbors that it was a horrible experience a salesman was very rude to me and told me if I was not happy with the service I should take my car elsewhere. A lesson in good customer service is needed

The service center did not review the recommended repairs with me either while they had my car or when I picked it up. It was not until I got home and reviewed the receipt that I found it was recommended I replace two tires and my windshield washer is not working properly. Also the paper work said they attempted to call nut my voice mail was not set up however it appears they may have dialed the wrong number and did not attempt a second call.

I had my car serviced on 11/20/19 which included a check of the battery. Everything on the list checked OK. On 11/21/19 morning, my car would not start. I called AAA and they tested the battery and told me that it was no longer good to use. It was the original battery from 2014 and it has been 5 years. I just could not understand why the test at Lexus would not disclose that the battery was running low the day before the battery died.
