Well, I was told a report on the vehicle was in my email before I picked it up. It came the next day. All I received was the report without any commentary on severity and what should be done immediately. So I took the car. Driving to SoCal on I5 the car broke down. Had to tow it 200 miles and $1000 to Lexus Valencia. Turns out one of the items (power steering leak) was spewing onto the alternator and shorted it out. If the service tech was a top service person they would have called me to tell me what the severe items were and I would have had them fixed while it was in the shop. I will NEVER return to Putnam Lexus again after being a loyal customer for almost 18 years.

I prefer to pay $6.00 bridge toll and have Putman Lexus service my car. There’s 2 other Lexus dealers closer to my house. Was not satisfied with one at our 25k service. Tried to sell me 4 new tires that still have about 15k miles life left.
