Fred was very customer service oriented. The service took awhile as expected because of recalls and Fred arranged for a shuttle drop off and pick up, which was very helpful. He also was knowledgeable about the specific tech details of the Recalls, which I appreciated. He corresponded by text while I was at DMV getting my license/Real ID as to status. Very efficient! Pleasant as well!

Everything was great except the behavior of the person at loaner car department. Both at time of check in and check out. I didn’t expect that behavior and tone of communication from a Lexus employee. My service rep, Joe, was very good. But your support staff? No. First, while waiting in line to pay, I was in line behind a customer who was wearing his mask under his nose. While he was paying for his service, face to face with your staff, no one commented or asked him to wear it properly. When he was done, he remained inside waiting for his car, and got way too close to me. I don't want to be the mask police. Your staff should be handling this. Then, your employee who brought my car to me was not wearing a mask or any kind -- and he was inside my car. Your signs say masks are required on your property. You need to enforce it. I am on immunosuppressants and vulnerable to contagions. I am reluctant to return to your facility in the near future. You need to be more responsible.
