I just bought my vehicle a few months ago, and when I showed up for my first service I was told the system didn’t show I had prepaid for service when I bought it. Ben was great staying in touch, and he was able to confirm that I was covered. He also took care of a nail I had in a tire that was news to me. Loaner vehicle was great, and I left with a great first experience with Lexus. After 30 years with Fords, I feel like I may the right switch! Thanks for taking care of me.
