It took 40 minutes before my car with received and paperwork started for my loaner car. The car was completed quickly, within a day, and hopefully done well. When I got my car back windows are secured and filthy, and supposedly they washed it. I would rather they not have done that.

The shop was chaos on Wednesday. More communication would have made it better. Fred told me that I was 4th in line for a loaner vehicle; I gave him my license and insurance card, and was asked to wait in the lounge for 20 minutes. That was 10:20. At 11:00, I feared that I’d been forgotten, and worried that I would not make it to my 11:30 appointment on time. When I went to the counter I was told, “We don’t have any loaners.” No apology, just no loaners. No, I did not want to wait for Hertz. If someone had told me sooner, I would have had someone come pick me up. There happened to be a fellow in line returning a car, a friend of mine actually. The car was quickly sanitized and I got out of there just in time to make it across town for my appointment.
In pick-up, Fred was a star. He let me know when my car would be ready, and he had it clean and waiting for me at the appointed time. He communicated clearly about the work and did an excellent job overall.

I thought the waiting time would have been two hours. No one came to tell me it was going to be longer. I finally asked when it was 21/2 hrs. later. then it took another 20 min. to learn I will not have the car perhaps more than one hors later. I do appreciate a loaner car was arranged so I was able to get home to work. Later on my car was delivered to me. That was very nice.
If I knew it was going to take four hours, I would have made different arrangement.
However, I appreciate all you do. The car looks so.nice with a good in and out wash/vacumn and wipe down.
Perhaps next time I should just get a loaner car.
