Mario communicated well with us and he was sympathetic to our situation. Speaking of which, it was disappointing that after getting our vehicle back from a routine maintenance service, the vehicle wouldn’t start the next time we were going out, and it was later determined that the battery was dead. It seems odd that the battery would die right after it had been load-tested during the scheduled maintenance service. The timing of the dead battery was very inconvenient to my wife, as was the need to wait for a tow at our house.

Brought car in to have the rim repaired and upon payment and pick up of vehicle noticed flaws in the repair. I showed Mario the flaws, he agreed, took notes ans said he would talk to technician and follow up with me. Soooo now what? Assuming I'm going to have to drive back out to RWC for another repair? That is additional mileage and gas. Not the excellent service I prefer. Did you guys think I wasnt going to notice??? Would you have noticed if I only paid $100 instead of $150. Be better Putnam Lexus.
