I was sold a dent fix and the estimate was $375. The promise was to fix it well. I received a call later saying that they cant fix it completely and the estimate is reduced by $100. I was told it will be 80% there. I have no idea what that means and the job was done anyway. When i picked up the car, it was a minor improvement. Joe took my card info with a promise to call me after talking to the body shop. That never happened. I was charged $275 the next day. Looks like they took me for a ride. Thanks
