Fuel policy is a little annoying. I drove 20 miles so I didn’t fill it. Was told I would be charged $30 so I went to the gas station and put 3.5 gallons in. Clearly it wasn’t full when I got it. Your policy is based on the persons visual check of the fuel gauge. Why not base it on mileage? Not really accurate measure and it made me feel nickel and dimed. Not a big deal but irritating. No problem with service or Mario. He did a great job.

Check out person was not helpful. After more than 2 hours waiting for service, my car was ready outside but it was delayed another 20 min because the lady never find paper works. She promised get back to me when she figured out but never did. I have to come to the counter to ask her again from the waiting area and everything was ready there but never get notified. Total was more than 3 hours for oil change. It was unacceptable and unprofessional the way people do business here. Never come back again.
