Had to call 3 times before I was able to talk with a service manager. The right hand did not seem to know what the left hand was doing. Gave them my contact number THREE times telling them each time that this was the only number to reach my by. So, the just continued to call me on the phone I do not answer! How difficult is that to get a phone number correct.... and if you are going to ask for the BEST number to reach me, then for god sake write it down!

I have purchased 4 Lexus Vehicles over the past 15 years or so.. The first from Putnam and 3 others at various dealerships in the Bay Area.. The service has never been more unorganized and frankly I feel the service department is trying to rip people off. My current Lexus LS 460 (2014) has been a great car but from the second or third service visit (when it had only 15 to 20k miles I have been ask to get the Throttle Body cleaned.. and now your team keeps asking me 80K miles later. If this is a hazard why wouldnt it be covered by the warranty or service agreement? Also, I changed my windscreen wipers just a year ago.. and your team is asking me "yet again" if I want to change those.. Ive enjoyed my lexus cars and was all set to purchase yet another.. but I think I'll pass.
