Everything about the process was outstanding— the notice about the recalls, the appointment process, the welcome and assignment of a loaner car, the efficiency and quality of service and the pick-up process. In regard to the latter process, I inadvertently left my bag by the check-out counter; when I was almost back home and discovered my bag and phone were not with me, I returned to Redwood City and the young lady who checked me out greeted me with my bag. I was ever so grateful!!! Thanks for excellent service!
