He event checked back with me, midway through, to see if I had any additional questions or concerns and was prompt in replying to my questions. He called me when the car was ready, just as he promised, and carefully went over all that was completed and what could be deferred to next time, explaining fully why he thought that deferring some work made sense. I never had any problems with Lexus services, but this time it was exceptionally messy: nobody contacted me with the findings upon my car inspection, nobody called/texted that the car is ready. When I called myself, I was told that the shuttle is not available though when I left my car at the dealership I was told that shuttle can pick me up. When I left the house, I got a call from the driver that he is at my house! Apparently someone dispatched him to my house without letting me know. Can you guys be a little bit more organized??
