Greg was amazing from the beginning to handling a problem that arose from service. He has taken initiative towards correcting the mistake and is in the process of making it right. I have confidence in him to get it fixed and he was top notch to work with.

While I have had my 2014 Lexus serviced there for years I recently brought in a 1999 Lexus I revived from my sister to use for my daughter who just started driving. I came out with estimates for over 8k. I took the car to another respected mechanic and the two items (battery and alternator) were deemed to be fine. The battery was less than a year old. i requested they test it three times with the same results. The rear brakes were identified as needing work which was accurate but the other items while not perfect were identified to be fine for a long time. It’s also not clear if the car was even put up on the rack as the wheels locks were frozen. I realize that this car is old Lexus Is basically in the business of selling new cars but this is hugely disappointing.
