I didn't have an appointment and came in because the gas cap on my convertible wouldn't open. Randy was welcoming, professional, arranged for me to take the shuttle home and kept me updated on what the situation was, ordering the part and that the car would be repaired and returned to me the next day. Eric remembered my specific requirements for a new set of tires. Although we agreed that I could wait until my next servicing to get new tires, he had an associate call me about the current promotion on tires, which prompted me to come in earlier. Although the brand we had discussed was no longer available, Eric understood my key priorities and provided several comparable options. He kept in touch during the servicing and when the alignment equipment flaked out, he made arrangements for me to be taken care to pass my info to a colleague, Ben who took equally good care of me. these are the reasons why I continue to own a Lexus and come back to Putnam Lexus.

You guys quoted me $1,700 for a 4 wheel brake job. I am having the work done at the House of Brakes in San Francisco for less than $500 including OEM brake pads. Usually dealers charge about 1.5 to 2 times as much as a regular repair shop. BUT, nearly 4 times as much is too much. Maybe I misunderstood and the price quoted by Putnam Lexus was $850 for a 4 wheel brake job?? Andrew S
