Ben was really a pleasure to work with and listened carefully to what I had to say.
The loaner was great too, except for the fact that there were crumbs on the front seat, giving the appearance that it hadn’t been well cleaned during this time of uncertainty related to the pandemic. Additionally, the “Oil Maintenance Required” notice was on from the beginning of the loan.
