This was my first experience at Lexus service in Redwood City. I was impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment, how smooth the drop-off was and how clearly the reasons were explained to me re why I needed a new tire. All was done in a respectful and pleasant way. No one talked down to me because I was a woman. What a nice beginning to my years of bringing my car to you! Thanks!

It took 3 services to fix a small issue with the backup camera. I am still suspecting that the main issue is not resolved. My car battery died without any reason about 1.5 months ago, since then the car has been to the dealership 3 times. Each time the battery needs recharging and seems like nobody cares why?
I've had lexuses for the past 5 years, but this is by far the worst experience I've had with a dealership.
