Signs posted all over say 9-5.
When you get there at 5, they’re already closed.
Finally found someone to release my car and he said “ we close at 10 to 5”.
Really? How stupid. Change the signs to say 9- 4:50.

The experience with the loaner car was terrible.
Maybe I am spoiled with previous standard I experienced with Lexus in the past.
The experience with enterprise was terrible, took at least an hour from the time I dropped off with my appointment. Enterprise asked for credit card for $50.00 deposit which they say I will get back. I drive an suv for a reason because of bad knees,I was told I could upgrade for a cost. I was given a small Nisson which aggravated my knee getting in and out. When returning the vehicle, it took about 20 min. to get the shuttle back. While waiting one vehicle jumped in front of myself and another person and staff said nothing. They were clearly short staffed in the morning and appeared that customer service was not a priority.
In the future I will wait until you folks have a loaner available. I will not use enterprise.
