He was punctual, polite, friendly and thorough. I will be requesting him in the future. After pulled in to service. I Have to stand next to my car like a dumb for 5mins before someone walk by and asked if I been helped. When my adviser came 10mins later and get my mileage and my id and insurance info. He walked me to the front desk. And left my papers on the table with no one there and told me that they will call me when my loaner is ready. I have waited for more than 20mins and I walked to them and ask if my loaner is ready. And they don’t even know that I was waiting for that. And started to looking for my paperwork. After another 10-15 mins they called me out and walked me to the loaner. Handed keys and left. I have looked at the gas range marked full tank on the paper but actually it’s a bit less than 3/4. I walked around the vehicle looking for existing damage before drive off the lot. Found left front wheel has scratch and wasn’t mark on doc. I have to go back to them and have them change both gas range and mark new damage on the left front rim. So my first visit wasn’t very impressive. Hope To see some improvement next time.

It would be great if vehicle pick up and Drop off timing can be more predictable. For pickup - we originally had scheduled a 11-noon estimated time block, but the pick up staff was at my door ringing the bell by 9:15am when I was not at home. And for dropoff, while I knew that the vehicle will get dropped off the following day, I wasn’t aware of the time and next thing I knew the staff was already on his way. No fault on the staffs as they’ve been very courteous and did a great job, overall tighter timing communication would be great. Thanks!
