I was told my car was ready after being at the body shop. I went to the dealer, but was told my car was not there, but still at the body shop. I was not elegible for a loaner car, and had returned my rental car. No one at Putnam could tell me where my car was, and what their hours were. After some research, we got that info. Putnum should have info for clients when their car is not at the dealership. Also, Putnam should definitely offer loaner cars to people who must deal with body work on their cars.

The service was fine. It's your service web app - something changed - so my browser would not login - like numerous times it has done before. The site didn't recog me so I just clicked on oil-change. It was not my orig intent, but it was good enough. This site also has less opty for upsell. "Good enough" is prolly not your orig intent.

Very helpful. And hood communication. The Vaket service, though very appreciated was set up with adequate communication. Expected car to be picked up at 8:20. No one came until 12 noon. But then? Once car was at service Dept, everything was communicated clearly. Car was returned when I expected and service was excellent

I’m Not new with owning several Lexua Vehicles
I called to confirm the cost of the oil change and once I got there, the representative then told me that the cost was more than what I was quoted for.
I hope this is not an on going issue with your staff.
