It took multiple weeks to get a tire in that I requested. Even after three calls my tire wasn’t delivered. Finally after I said I really need a tire someone finally looked in to see that it hadn’t been ordered and ordered it.

Eric was great but the service experience was not. When I picked up my car I found my iPhone charge cable was hanging out of the center console. It is kept in the bottom compartment of the center console and it was obvious someone rifled through the upper and lower compartments and charged their device. Also, the TPMS warning light was on and is still on even though the tire pressures are correct. I also noticed the brake pedal seems to go almost to the floor upon first applying the brakes and there are a few nicks near the gas’s filler door on the left rear quarter panel that were not there before.
