David was great. He checked and went over all the requirements that need to change the parts for the car. It was fast service and nice service with the shuttle time. Only has option is need to tell the driver to have insurance car with them for the auto loan. I liked that the service are nice, they follow up and even clean the car after the service. Thank you very much for all the great work.

After multiple inbound calls from Putnam, I scheduled the appointment with you. I came in and waited for 3 hrs. After 3 hrs I was told that the workshop is backed up and hence I cannot get my car on time. It was a working day and I had to get back. So , i wasted a full day and my car was not serviced. Really horrible experience. I bought my car at Putnam. Please dont call me ever again. This review will also go on Google.

When I arrived, several employees were walking past me like I do not exist. I made eye contact with several employees but instead of acknowledging me, I felt discriminated against because they didn’t want to talk to me. I had to get someone’s attention in order to be checked in. Then the next customer drives up and they were IMMEDIATELY acknowledged and helped. This left a very sour taste in my mouth. I borrowed a loaner vehicle during this visit and I asked David how long the service would take. I appreciate him being up front letting me know that it will be done between 1-2pm. He mentioned that the people are waiting at their location gets priority when getting their vehicle serviced. I asked him if it’s okay to be closer to 1pm since I’ll be done with all my errands by then and he said sure. My errands took a little bit longer and I came back to the dealership by 1:40pm. I still haven’t gotten a call yet so I find it odd. I waited in the lobby for a call because I noticed David was busy with another client and I didn’t want to disturb him. After 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to approach the front to ask if my car is ready. The lady checked and said it’s in the wash and it’ll be ready in a bit. So that means the car wasn’t ready at the promise time but instead it was just finished. That means I probably wouldn't have gotten a call until some time after 2pm and I probably wouldn't get my car until later. After I paid, I was told that the car was outside. If David was busy, shouldn’t another service advisor or someone go over the work that was done to car to ensure everything was good. Instead, I sat inside the lounge reviewing the documents to make sure that my vehicle is all right before leaving. I had my car serviced here before and it was a great experience. After today, I don’t know what to make of it. I’m not a demanding customer at all but I don’t appreciate being overpromised and discriminated against. No customer should be coming in feeling this way at a premium dealership. I had much better service at places like Honda or even Toyota for comparison.
