Fantastic customer service! A big thanks to Fred for getting everything resolved so quickly - I opted to get new tires on my car, but unfortunately it came back with damage to all four rims.
I reached out to Fred right away and he got me an appointment the next day to make things right. He arranged a loaner car for me and worked with the tech to ensure that they could perfectly match the existing paint on the rims.
When the car was ready several days later, he did a full walkthrough with me to ensure that the repair was done to my satisfaction, which it certainly was. The repair was as good as it was before the incident and I could not tell there had ever been any damage.
So in summary, I'm super impressed by Putnam Lexus' willingness to make things right without any hassle, and very thankful to Fred for coordinating the repair and ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the end result. This is the true definition of exceptional customer service. Thank you Fred!

My only suggestion might be to offer earphones to those who stay to wait for their car. There was a lady who sat there and completely had a long loud conversation on her laptop (ZOOM). Several others who waited, walked outside or left. I had never had this before; was sort of surprised at her rudeness or selfishness. I couldn’t read until FINALLY she was called to get her car. Maybe people can be told if they wait to consider others by using earphones…or go outside…just a suggestion.
Lexus IS always so pleasant; just had this strange situation. David was great!

I wish my car would have been washed & cleaned. My car died on the side of the road and had to be towed in. It was at the shop for over 3 weeks. When I got it back it was dirty both inside & out. Really bummed out. Lexus used to really cater to customers, seems like thats not the case anymore.
Mario was great though. Got me a loaner quickly. Was responsive. Five stars for Mario.
