Mr. David Liss has done a good job. However, your repair tech failed to do their job. From past experience, I know they tend to neglect clean the trunk and check the spare tire, I reminded David and he listed in the service doc. However at the end of the service which took from 9:50am to 4;35pm, when the car was ready for me, I checked the trunk, it was not cleaned. It's very clear the trunk was not touched so the spare tire was not checked either. I also pointed out some dirty marks on the hood of the car where it was very visible. This clearly shows the tech or the car wash person didn't care to clean the car.
