I am very upset to be trapped by Lexus's business. I bought my car at the end of 2019. In the pandemic year of 2020, I did not drive much, less than 3000 miles. I took my car to service in May 2021 for less than 5,000 miles when Lexus called it a "10,000-mile" service. Now, 6 months later, when I had only 9,000 miles, Lexus called me back again for service at the expense of my pre-paid 15,000-mile service. When my car was totally in good shape and not many miles on it, Lexus forced me or trapped me to deplete my pre-paid service package. It is immoral business. I have been loyal to Putnmlexus since 2007, bought two new cars there, but now I seriously dought if I need to go back. Very disppointed.
