I had to wait more than 5 hours for the oil change to be completed. Dropped off the car at 11 am and I was notified at 3 pm that the car will be washed in 15 min . Shuttle service calls me at 3:19 pm to arrange pick up. After returning to the dealership, we waited another 30 min because the car was not washed and it was a few cars behind other cars in line. I left after 4 pm. I would prefer to have been notified when the car was really ready. And because there was no real time estimate to completion and the service took twice as long than expected, I could not attend to my Saturday afternoon weekend plans. This is not the level of service I expect from a luxury dealership.

After the oil change, upon receiving the car, there was a special safety note about using 2 layers of floor mats. The extra floor mat was put in the back seat on the upholstery. That floor mat is very dirty and no one has the sense to put that on the rear floor. My car has always been kept clean and never had anything dirty placed on the upholstery. This is unacceptable.

Lexus service has always been 5 star. Best ever of all the cars we have owned, including Mercedes. Ben is my current Service Representative and he was great.
One thing I found very disappointing is the diagnostic charge you have instituted.
I accept that having my cars serviced at a dealership is more expensive than a local mechanic. I choose to do that, but having to pay a diagnostic charge per problem, makes me feel rather exploited. I’m already paying high labor charges. I doubt that I’m the only client who feels that way. I hope you will re-consider that decision.

The service was not acceptable today. After the estimated finish time passed, none contacted me. I asked to the staff about the status and when it finishes, the staff didn’t find my name on the system. I thought my car was stolen by a fake staff. Finally one staff found what happened. The advisor left early and he handed over the work to another staff, but it looked like it’s staff forgot handling paperwork. If I didn’t ask the status, I might have to wait more.
I expected better service to Lexus, but I was wrong.
