I was disappointed with customer service that I received. When I arrived there was only one car ahead of me but I had to wait at least 10 minutes into be checked in. I was told it would be 2-3 hours but I did not receive a call and went back 5 hours later and was told that the service agent was not available and nobody else could help me with my car ? On my previous visits the customer service was much better. Hopefully it will improve.

You say our name is optional yet you put the service number
on the front of the postcard survey that comes back to you.
I am not an idiot. Neither are other customers. I will never fill

1. Took longer than I normally expect for a straightforward 5K service.
2. Took a while to get greeted when I first entered the service area.
3. There was a woman doing a video conferencing in the waiting area without mask. I had to move to the other side of the room and I could still here her conversation clearly. Also, not wearing a mask, I believe, is in violation of your policy but no staff seems to care.
