I was not told that there would not be a.vehicle available to borrow when I signed up for my appointment. That was disappointing and made me late for ly appointment. Fortunately, the young man at the front desk found a car for me but that was after a 30 minute wait. Because I have to drive some distance to get to the dealership it would be good to know if I should arrange a ride in advance.
The service itself was great and Ben is an excellent advisor.
