I was given a loaner car. I drove it 30 miles. See ur records. I filled it at the gas station next to your location. It took 3 gallons. When I complained to desk staff and showed them the receipt I was treated very poorly. I was made to feel as though I was a liar trying to cheat you off $8. I have a very poor opinion of your dealership. This is not how you deal with customers who have bought or leased several cars from you over several years. Leaving ur customer feeling that you consider him a thief? What were you thinking?

When I went to pick my car, I was expecting George to tell me what was done to the car and why it was expensive. The car was washed but I found that it was not completely clean on the exterior, , there were some dirty spots, you may say you guys do it for free but I think you guys charge for that. Make sure the ones who are doing the car wash are doing a good job and doble check their work !!!!

Randy was great. My only concern was the service wasn’t completely explained to me what it was going to be and i didn’t realize until after pickup that it didn’t even have an oil change. Also at pickup the car had been washed but had not been dried all the way and i ended up drying door jams and back hatch jams.

I asked for my rear door sensor to be looked at. The sensor that detects your feet doesn’t work consistently. A person tried to help on my way out and grabbed a sales person but it didn’t work for them either.
