I have always gotten a loaner and didn’t.
Shuttle drivers were delightful, but it added delay.
Office staff courteous and efficient
But it took almost 30 minutes for someone to find my car.
Multiple staff asked if I had been helped but it wasn’t until the office lady went and got the key and found the car right in front out of view from where I was waiting. I arrived at 11:50am and drove off at 12:20.

Everyone was so very friendly and helpful. The young lady who greeted me was great. Even though I was a few minutes late she was welcoming. The young man, who once again, explained and helped with the display settings had no problem explaining things several times over.
