I have been coming to Putnam Lexus for a long time. David was great and very helpful. Unfortunately, the team of cashiers (office staff) are not very friendly or welcoming. No smiles, don’t seem happy, no “how can I help you.” It is almost like the customers are bothering them. It is really unfortunate as they are part of the face of your dealership once a Lexus is bought.

Mario, and the guys that met me and got us started, and in the customer lounge to take care of the bill and returning the loaner car were truly great. Personable, professional, efficient, respectful and made the entire 1/2 day 5,000 maintenance a delight. Imagine that for a car service experience.
Six of the last eight cars we have purchased have been Lexus from Putnam (we have a ‘21 ES and this ‘’22 RX. Unfortunately, I had a very surprisingly and truly bad experience when I purchased this RX, not with Robert our sales guy, but with some support staff. Honestly, I wondered if this would be the case with the service staff. I am truly thrilled to tell you that I had a perfect service experience which brought me back in appreciating Putnam. Great job for me, you, and your company!

communication was non existent. I had to call to follow up and told only that the car was still being serviced. The only other communication I got was that the car was ready for pick up. Ben was on vacation and no one picked up the ball to follow up. No emails or text messages were sent to me. I came in to pick up the car on Friday and drove out of the lot and the blower sounded like a motorcycle so I immediately returned. I was told I should keep the loaner car and Ben would get back to me on Tuesday when he returned from vacation. That was ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager and was introduced to Greg who handled the situation beautifully but everything before that was very poor. Additionally Ben did not review my prior service record while I was dropping off the car. He should have advised me of the outstanding service recommendations so I could have conisidered tsking care of them. Other than Greg addressing my concerns it was not a good experience. Greg was great.
