I have had five RX 350s. I had my daughter bring the car in and the service advisor even though I was on the phone didn’t listen to us and just gave us the woman treatment that we were complete idiots. We have had a long-standing problem with this particular car, that when it rains the door fills up with water. I asked him to check the seal and the drain on the door. When he went out with a service advisor, they decided that since my daughter said, sometimes she hears water sloshing it was caused by a water bottle that was in the pocket of the door. When my daughter was dropping it off, she heard from another person that sometimes when you have a sunroof leak that the water can fill up the door when we first bought the car we had to have the sunroof repaired and maybe that’s part of the problem. Anyway , I went to a lot of trouble to drop this car off. It was very inconvenient and we did not get the problem solved and he did the dismissal thing a woman don’t know what’s going on. It’s just a water bottle in the car door that’s causing the problem. Ugggggg.

My car, one day after Putnam service is telling me "Oil Maintenance Required Soon". I don't know what the problem is and I don't know what To do. It seems reasonable to assume checking the oil would be part of the service check I just had.

I had scheduled service online for $142 then was quoted $400+! I had to correct the service manager who did price it correctly on the invoice. Additionally It was suggested that my tires require replacement. I doublechecked the tread and it is nowhere near as low as recorded on the inspection. these tires were replaced at 35k miles, are rated for that mileage , so at 55k on the car there is significant life still on them. Look, I get your business is struggling like most but for the first time after servicing two cars with you since 2016, I feel your integrity is in question.
