Mario and his communication with me was great and I'm really happy with the service I received. The only thing that was disappointing was that I received the car with only 5 miles of gas left. I'm sure I didn't drop it off with such a minimal amount and had I gotten straight on the freeway, I would have been in trouble. If someone had given me a heads up that, "hey, you might want to head straight to the gas station" or "would you like us to fill it up for an extra $****", I would have been really grateful.
