I just needed an oil change. I had a 9:30 appoint and at 3:30 pm I called to find out if my car was ready. Mario was gone for the day and I was told they would check the next day to see when it would be ready. I had an early dentist appointment the next day so I needed my car back the same day. I’m furious that no one called to let me know and disappointed in Putnam. I was there just for an oil change that shouldn’t take two days especially with a morning appointment. I don’t think I will ever return or buy another Lexus

Alma was great. However, when I received the recommended corrections, I was a little surprised to see words like “busted and seeping grease” this car was purchased by you brand new and has been serviced by you twice a year for the last 12 years and only has 80,000 miles but the recommended corrections were almost $13,000.!! Agreed front tires, and rear brakes need replacing, but as far as “busted” or leaky grease I’m not sure exactly what your technician means. You guys should’ve told me sooner about 13k$ in corrections
