Mario has been my service advisor for the past few years and he consistently provides quality customer service. I am very pleased with the outstanding professional services provided by Mario and the Lexus Services Department’s staff. They provided me with high quality of work with high efficiency and care in performingh: the replacement of my car’s rear breaks; 4 wheel alignment ; multi-point inspections; and also upon my request, they fixed the driver’s seat back support to ensure good support to my back while I’m driving.
