No complaints about George - and if you’ve retained any of mebprior reviews, you know that I have praised Putnam’s sales and service departments for 30 years. But this was a surprisingly disappointing experience. I arrived at 8:19 for my 8:15?appointment and cars were backed up into the parking area. When I was seen by Geargecat about 8:30 I was told it would be the customary 2 hours. I received a text 2 1/2 hours later with the results of the service, but no contact from anyone. At 11:15 I went to the desk — nobody there. At 11:2o I was told my car was ready - being washed. Finally, at 11:35 — 3:45 after my arrival, my car was ready. Would have been nice and in keeping with traditional Putnam courtesy to have had some contact and explanation while waiting. I chalk it up to an off-day — we all have them. I hope next time is back to usual.
