Randy is great! (And so are the others who helped me.) he explained everything thoroughly and followed up. He was absolutely wonderful when dealing with my old Lexus that ended up being declared a total loss by the insurance company. Randy was so helpful. I booked appointment online and there must have been a glitch in the system or some technical error, because on the day I showed up my appointment was not in the system (I did receive a confirmation email, though). The service itself was quick and probably very well done, however I went to get my car @5 and the service dept was closed. George didn’t inform me about closing hours for Saturday. Information said Lexus was open until seven. So, my car is still there because service doesn’t open on Sunday. That could have been handled better with a more detailed message.

When we picked up our car back, none of the things that were told would be done were completed. When asked why, the rep was at lunch and the team didn’t know. So we just paid the fee due and Ben never followed up. We left a voicemail and email. We are extremely disappointed by the service we received.
