I felt $900 to replace a headlight is insane. Then to say they had to fix the axel 6 weeks after we had the 120,000 mile check up. This comes after you didn’t get the car fixed in a reasonable time frame last time we came to you, and your customer services got into it with my partner. We will not be coming back

Great job checking the car. Was surprised that no one thought to look initially in the trunk of the car though for the wheel key lock? Instead, tried to sell me the $80 key?
Also, was surprised to hear that my car was sold to me "from Stevens Creek" when I bought the used car right at Putnam Lexus...perhaps it had been transferred up here?
Either way, the final check of the car was all excellent.
