Outstanding service expertly provided by Lauren Bell. The service was quick, pleasant and professional. Usually trips to Lincoln involve waiting for some time and then, service is below or just satisfactory. For the first time, the service was quick, prompt and to my satisfaction. You need more associates like Lauren for a great customer service and problem resolution. She seems to have immense knowledge on car problems too. Very helpful to the customer. Great job done.

I had a multipoint inspection and on the way home the check engine light came on. Found out later it was the fuel sensor fuse. We ended up having to replace that. The clutch also went out shortly after arriving back home and the mechanic said it was shot! Said you guys should have been able to see that. I noticed it didn’t shift easily but thought it might be the way the car was. I did have a positive experience with Lauren while having the vehicle checked but later called her to tell her about all that had happened and she was suppose to call me back and never did. I was disappointed by that.

Car was dirty. Inside had mud in front seat and floor. I dropped vehicle off with half a tank gas. Car was completely empty with light on. I’ll be sending emails and phone calls to every customer relations department I can find. I was already very concerned with the fact that the car is 4 months old and had already had work done on motor!
