Upon arrival at the service desk, the two service providers were both sitting in their office on their computer, neither came out to offer service. I waited nearly 7+minutes before either even offered service. When I explained that I had made an appointment online I was quickly told that it was the Ford side. It wasn’t until Michael looked up my information on the computer did he become more helpful. The final customer service by Michael was good. Ana was not very pleasant nor friendly.

I asked for a battery to be replaced in a THEN working second remote. When I picked up the car it took them 15 minutes to find it. I had to leave, but when I got home the remote does not work on my car. I have been out of town, but will call. This will require another 20 minute drive to your dealership. I had a terrible make ready experience with your service area. This time is no better. Both times it took 2 trips to get it right. Very very disappointed.

I had a very hard time getting to talk to someone on the phone. It took 35 min of repeated calls, hung up on , transferred then hung up on to talk to someone. Not good customer service when calling your company is like playing Russian roulette. I dread having to call this company just knowing how hard it is to talk to the right person.

Andrew was awsome but when they washed my truck they left some debris that was in the bed of my truck and it was all over my truck when they gave it back to me. He tried to have it cleaned but I ended up having to take it to the car wash and scrub all the debris off the truck. I paid for an alignment and it seems to be pulling to one direction now. Overall kind of disappointed.
