It was very difficult to get ahold of anyone at the service department. Multiple people promised to call me back and never did. And then once I did get a hold of someone, they told me they couldn’t help and I would have to talk to someone else. The service department was very disorganized and the service advisor knew absolutely nothing about anything, was very dry and seemed very unwilling to help, and she always seemed annoyed to have to talk to me. Communication was very poor and it was like pulling teeth to get any information. She scheduled me for a PDR repair on a day that the PDR guy wasn’t even going to be available. And when I asked her to call me to go over the issues before the end of the day, she wouldn’t talk to me. At the end of the day, she finally talked to me, and by that time, it was too late to do anything. So I was not about to have my vehicle for a total of 5 days for a simple dent. Completely inefficient and frustratingly complex.
