I discussed most of my issues with Jody, and I believe she sincerely tried her best to make sure I was satisfied, however, my truck was promised to be ready by Wednesday, then Thursday, and I finally got it on Friday at nearly 6 PM. On top of that, the “missing” tire lock device (which your technicians and Jody said was not in the console) was found by me as I drive off the dealership property. I was too upset to return and decided I would use this opportunity to address the issue. I’m completely satisfied with the warranty work, and I’m sure the rest of the $750 for my 75,000 mile service was performed per this dealership’s standards. Again, I rate Jody high for trying, and she did give me a $30 discount because of the tire issues.
