Your process of getting the vehicle back to the customer is totally broken ‘it resembles a demolition derby .! Vehicles are moved around like planes on a aircraft carrier. You need to have about 10 parking spaces where the customer can pick up their vehicle. My Escape was in the line for over a hour and 20 minute before I was told it was ready !
