I went there at about 2:30 to have a new battery put in my Escape. I was told they probably wouldn't be able to do it then but could get it done the next morning. So, I left it overnight and waited for a call the next morning. Finaly about 3:00 the next day without hearing anything I called and explained, to whoever's answered, my dissatisfaction and that person checked on the status and said it was almost ready and to come on in. When I got there my car was not in sight but was brought out quickly. I was looking over my receipt later that day and noticed that it said I had received a complimentary car wash - it did NOT receive a carr wash. There was still spots of dirt on the windshield, and the tires were still dirty.
All in all I was not pleased with the service, and next time I will be going to a different dealership.

I have already called and spoke to the Ford service manager who said he would forward the information to you. When I got in the car and started driving I noticed grease on the inside of the driver door on the speaker. The steering wheel was also very greasy. When I got home I had to get some heavy duty cleaner to try to get rid of the grease. I got most of it but would never have expected this from a Lincoln employee
