They told me in an email the service would take 2 to 3 hrs and when I arrived they told me closer to 3 hrs.It was closer to 4hrs.That was vet unreasonable for the service they did to my Honda Civic.

Lack of calls back to me. Mechanic broke a bolt in my exhaust manifold which I ended up paying for. Now that my truck was returned to me it lost all power while driving and coasted to the shoulder. You can’t really rate someone based on your satisfaction when your vehicle is still broken, worse now than it was when it was dropped off. I dropped my truck off on September 3rd. Today is Saturday the 14th. So I’m without a vehicle for 11days today. The next two the truck won’t be looked at again. I just want my truck fixed.
