Definatelly didn’t have their act together. I was there @7:45 for my 8:00 oil change. Oil change took two hours.Car didn’t get washed.vacuumed but not washed. Service rep saw that it wasn’t washed. She said she would take it back to be washed. I didn’t have time for this. Thanked her and left.

Laura Benavides did a fine job, my issue is with Ford. Why doesn't Ford provide loaner cars when a Ford vehicle is in for warranty/recall work? I scheduled my service appointment a week in advance, and yet, my truck was untouched for 5 days with no indication of when it might get worked on because Grapevine Ford, somehow, only has 1 transmission guy on staff. Is that standard practice? Lastly, the recall fix was applied, but it's that very fix that introduced problems with my truck's transmission. And, because it's a recall, I can't have the original programming reapplied. Every time I get in my truck it's an adventure, and that's not a good thing. And it's getting worse every day. Fortunately, another Ford dealership is working me in to assess the problems with my truck. Ford introduced this problem to my truck which affects my (and my family's) safety and yet Ford can't spring for free loaner cars for those affected. Laura = :-) Ford = :-( Get your act together, Ford! And, thank you for your assistance and efforts Laura!
