I made an Appt 2 weeks in advance, I dropped car off in advance my Tues am Appt. All day Tues I never heard from anyone that my car was or was not ready. I had to call at end of day to be told my car hadn’t even been looked at. So I was without a car Tues & Wed. Again Wed I had to call, I left message for Jadon and after 2 hours he didn’t call back I called again. I am new to Texas but in other places when you have an Appt your car is scheduled and looked at on the day sit is scheduled. It could take longer to fix but they keep you posted. I work for AA and my co- workers recommended this Ford dealer over others nearby. I hope the fact that my work was “recall” work at no cost didn’t play into the service level I received. Thank you.

The service advisor didn't take down all of my issues at drop off. Then the service department took too long to get to my vehicle and when they did, they only look at one of the three things I asked them to do. I don't know why you all make reservations if you don't touch a vehicle for a week. Why not just let is schedule a time for when we can drop it off with the expectation that the service department will start working on the vehicle? Isn't that what a reservation is for typically?

Laura is one of the best customer service managers/people I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t like bringing my truck in for extended warranty repairs or paying the deductible on a certified vehicle I’ve had less than 10k miles, but if that’s my situation, I’m glad Laura is the person I go to.

I will not be back. No one contacted me to tell me if my car was ready or not. I had to make multiple phone calls, send text messages, and get transferred around to different people. It took more than 30 minutes to find out if my car was ready. Thankfully (since it was after 6:00) there was one person left in my office who gave me a ride to the dealership. It was ridiculous. Meanwhile, I was getting auto-texts saying “Let me know if you have any questions.” I replied “Yes. I have a question! Is my car ready!?”

Bob was such a great guy to work with. He explained things well with me and took the time to talk to my fiancé - since I had a busy day at work - and I felt as though he cared about my issues and I felt as though he genuinely wanted to help. You don’t get too many people like that these days so I was very grateful for Bob. I will definitely request to work with him in the future.
